University of Central Oklahoma College of Business Addition

Wallace Design Collective provided civil engineering, landscape architecture and surveying services for the University of Central Oklahoma’s College of Business atrium and student enrichment addition, a 7,700 square foot expansion designed to support student engagement, learning and collaboration.

Our team completed a topographic survey of the project site and provided civil engineering services to support the new addition while integrating with the existing campus environment. Careful coordination of grading, drainage, utility connections and site circulation accommodated the expansion while maintaining accessibility and minimizing impacts to surrounding facilities. Landscape architecture services included planting and irrigation plans that complement the campus setting and enhance the outdoor environment.

The completed addition features a welcoming atrium, student lounge, recreation area, study rooms and a golf simulator for the PGA Professional Golf Management program, creating a vibrant destination that enhances campus life and supports student success.
