The Heritage, formerly known as the Journal Record Building, is located next to the Oklahoma City National Memorial.

Wallace Design Collective provided structural and civil engineering services for the five-story parking deck accommodating 420 vehicles. The structure features a precast concrete system, including full-height wall panels, spandrel panels, double tees and cast-in-place topping slabs. Two sides of the deck are clad with decoratively faced concrete wall panels, while the street-facing elevations are finished with a limestone veneer at the base and painted perforated metal screens backed by structural steel tubes on the upper levels – blending durability with architectural appeal.

Precast was the chosen material type for the garage to aid in the construction cost and schedule. By utilizing a precast supplier, the garage was erected efficiently, minimizing street closures and alleviating potential congestion in the downtown area due to the construction.
