Pullman Flats

Located directly across from Atlanta’s historic Pratt-Pullman District, Pullman Flats places residents steps away from restaurants, outdoor concerts, walking trails and a short distance from the Kirkwood Retail District.

Wallace Design Collective provided structural engineering services for this six-story mixed-use development, which features ground-level retail, second-floor office space and four levels of boutique residential living above. The building includes 60 residential units, 23,000 square feet of commercial and retail space, and a 63-space ground-level parking garage.

Amenities include a rooftop deck with grilling stations, communal terraces on the fourth and sixth floors, a resident clubroom with bar, a fitness center and a dedicated dog-washing room. With its brick-clad façade and oversized arched windows, Pullman Flats combines timeless architecture with modern convenience, creating an inviting urban living experience in one of Atlanta’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
