The Genetic Medicine Building is a state-of-the-art research building on the University of North Carolina campus.

With a floor plate of approximately one acre, it is one of the largest buildings on campus. Occupants of the building include the School of Pharmacy and the departments of Genetics, Biochemistry and Biophysics, and Pharmacology.

KSi Structural Engineers, now part of Wallace Design Collective, provided structural engineering services for the 333,000 square foot building. The facility includes two floors of animal holding facilities, a full-service loading dock, five floors of laboratory space and a penthouse.
