In 1998, Scooter’s Coffee was born. Co-founders Don and Linda Eckles began an amazing journey when they opened their first drive-thru coffeehouse in Bellevue, Nebraska.
Wallace Design Collective has provided civil engineering and surveying services for several new ground-up Scooter’s Coffee locations around the Oklahoma City area. Featuring a 664 square foot drive-thru kiosk, Scooter’s compact model is one of the smallest footprints in the coffee franchise industry – designed for speed, convenience and efficiency.
