Seven6Main

SEVEN6MAIN is a three-story, 45,000 square foot mixed-use development that spans an entire city block and anchors the southern edge of Owasso’s growing Redbud District. The project features retail and restaurant space on the ground floor, commercial offices on the second floor and upscale residential units on the third floor. Dedicated parking at the rear of the building provides convenient access for both residents and visitors.

Wallace Design Collective provided structural and civil engineering services for SEVEN6MAIN. As part of Owasso’s vision for revitalizing its historic Main Street, the Redbud District promotes walkable, sustainable development and aims to create a vibrant hub for the arts, entertainment and local businesses.
