Regency at Stonebrook Amenity Center

Regency at Stonebrook is a 55+ active-adult community in northern Nevada, offering a low-maintenance lifestyle in a peaceful, resort-style setting. The neighborhood features 12 luxury single-family and duet home designs, with access to a wide range of amenities designed to support health, connection and relaxation. From pickleball and bocce ball courts to fitness classes, social events and outdoor gathering spaces, the community’s on-site lifestyle director helps keep residents active and engaged throughout the year.

Wallace Design Collective provided structural engineering services for the 10,000 square foot amenity center and its supporting structures. The main building features open-concept spaces with high ceilings, covered patios and gourmet kitchens, as well as an indoor pool and fitness center.
