National Retail Roof Assessment Program

Wallace Design Collective has worked with a major national retailer to provide ongoing roof evaluations across their portfolio of stores and distribution centers. As part of this multi-year program, we’ve assessed millions of square feet of roofing across a variety of climates and building types throughout the United States.

Our services include storm damage evaluations, leak investigations and general condition assessments using a standardized scoring system developed from thousands of roof evaluations. This numerical scorecard enables consistent, data-driven decisions about repair versus replacement and helps the client prioritize capital improvements across multiple locations.

When replacement is necessary, we offer flexible support – from basic repair specs based on manufacturer standards to fully detailed re-roof design drawings for greater control over installation methods. We also provide construction phase services, including on-site inspections during new roof installations, to help monitor for quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.
