A lively mixed-use community bringing upscale living and local businesses together in Tulsa’s Market District.

At the heart of the district is NOMA, short for “North of Market District,” a vibrant mixed-use development that brings together luxury apartments and retail located along historic Route 66.

Wallace Design Collective provided structural and civil engineering services for this 260,000 square foot development, which includes 256 multifamily apartment units, 6,000 square feet of indoor amenity space, 16,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial and retail and a 350-space parking garage. NOMA also offers co-working areas, a rooftop clubhouse with dining and lounge space, a dog park and indoor dog wash, a resort-style pool with cabanas and grills, a fitness center and multiple green-space courtyards.
