Expanding access to automotive services for growing communities north of Tulsa.

The Mark Allen Buick GMC dealership marks a significant relocation and expansion for a long-standing automotive brand serving the Tulsa region. By moving from south Tulsa to a new 40-acre site in Collinsville, the dealership extends its reach to surrounding communities while creating a modern facility designed to support customer experience, operational efficiency and future growth.

Wallace Design Collective provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the 60,000 square foot dealership. Site design and landscape solutions were coordinated to support high-volume vehicle inventory, clear circulation patterns and functional separation between customer, service and operational areas. The campus accommodates a wide range of new and pre-owned vehicles while providing intuitive access for customers, staff and service operations.

The facility consolidates showroom, sales, service, finance, and parts functions into a single, flexible environment that supports both daily operations and future expansion. Landscape elements frame the site, soften large paved areas, and create a welcoming arrival experience along the corridor.
