Sigma Nu | Epsilon Epsilon Chapter House

Honoring a century of tradition while creating space for the next generation.
After nearly 100 years on the campus of Oklahoma State University, the Epsilon Epsilon Chapter of Sigma Nu set out to reimagine its chapter house to better support today’s collegiate experience. Originally constructed in 1929, the former facility no longer met modern living standards or the evolving needs of its members, prompting the development of a new chapter home on the same historic site.
Wallace Design Collective provided civil engineering services for the demolition of the existing structure and construction of the new fraternity house. The facility includes a full basement, dedicated study areas and a storm shelter. Site design and coordination supported the integration of modern infrastructure while respecting the constraints and context of the established campus setting.
Designed to reflect both legacy and progress, the house maintains architectural references to the original structure while introducing updated interiors and amenities that support academic success, community and personal development. Spaces such as large study areas, shared gathering spaces and secure residential accommodations were intentionally planned to foster connection, leadership and lifelong relationships.
The Sigma Nu Epsilon Epsilon Chapter house represents a meaningful investment in student life – creating a home that honors the past while positioning the chapter for continued growth and impact in the decades ahead.
