Park Meadows Parking Garage - Wallace Design Collective

Designed as a high-capacity, efficient parking solution, the structure supports the ongoing growth of the Park Meadows retail district.

The Park Meadows North Parking Garage is a five-level, 994-space public parking structure serving one of the region’s busiest retail corridors.

Wallace Design Collective provided structural engineering services for the project, utilizing a precast concrete system to improve construction speed, cost efficiency and long-term durability. The design maximizes repetition to streamline fabrication and installation while maintaining a high level of quality.

The garage features clear circulation and flexible parking layouts that accommodate high daily traffic volumes and provide intuitive access. Its design integrates seamlessly with the existing Park Meadows Mall, reinforcing its role in supporting continued retail activity and growth.
