About:

Lance received his Bachelor of Architectural Studies and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University and his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Oklahoma. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Oklahoma and Kansas and a Registered Architect in Oklahoma.

Lance’s experience includes projects involving state, city and county roadway systems, bridge design and rehabilitations, hydrology, hydraulics, urban storm drainage and master planning, and site development including grading plans, utilities, sanitary sewers, roads and parking lots for large and small scale commercial projects and industrial facilities. Tribal work includes governmental, cultural and casino projects with an emphasis of merging traditional values with modern technologies.

Lance is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
