Broadway Park

Located in the resurging Automobile Alley District, Broadway Park is a mixed-use development featuring retail, commercial and parking space and will serve as the northern gateway into the district. 

Wallace Design Collective provided structural engineering services for the new five-story, 55,000 square foot building with a brick facade and a contemporary design. The new development takes social interaction to a higher level with the addition of balconies and elevated exterior corridors, complete with outdoor seating. A portion of the west side of the rooftop is designed for outdoor entertainment, gatherings and receptions. The structural system is a post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete one-way slab and beam system with concrete moment frames.
