Love’s Hospitality, the hotel development and management division of the Love’s Family of Companies manages a growing network of hotels across the United States. Wallace provided structural engineering services for numerous of the hotel brands they represent with some being located in high wind and seismic areas. These projects range in size from three stories to four stories and are wood framed with steel framing in the lobby/common spaces and sometimes steel braced frames for lateral support.
