NOMA, also known as North of Market, is expected to bring even more exciting things to this area along historic Route 66. The new development will also feature co-working spaces, a fitness center, rooftop clubhouse with dining room and lounge, a shaded dog park and indoor dog wash facility, pool with cabanas and grills, and many green-space courtyards.
