The City of Tulsa and iTulsa unveiled the official plans alongside the groundbreaking ceremony for NOMA. NOMA, also known as North of Market, is expected to bring even more exciting things to this area along historic Route 66. Wallace provided structural and civil engineering services for a new mixed-use development located on four acres within Tulsa’s Market District on the northwest corner of 11th & Lewis.

The $60 million, 260,000 square foot development will feature 256 multifamily apartment units, 6,000 square feet of indoor amenity spaces, 16,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial and retail space including a Route 66 museum, and a 350-space parking garage. The new development will also feature co-working spaces, a fitness center, rooftop clubhouse with dining room and lounge, a shaded dog park and indoor dog wash facility, pool with cabanas and grills, and many green-space courtyards.
