QuikTrip Corporate Headquarters
QuikTrip Corporation was created to provide opportunities for others. Founded in 1958, QuikTrip has grown to over $11 billion in revenues with over 700 stores in eleven states. QuikTrip’s strategy is to be the dominant convenience/gasoline retailer in each market and to reach that level not through sheer numbers of stores, but through providing exceptional customer service in key, high-volume locations. QuikTrip also gives back to the communities it serves, donating 5% of net profits to charitable organizations.
To accommodate their growing company, QuikTrip envisioned a corporate headquarters that would consolidate functions from two separate corporate offices into a single location. The QuikTrip corporate campus includes a corporate office building, comprised of four wings that are departmentally organized, with a two-story connecting lobby space, a data center, a central plant, a storm shelter and a building for the Oklahoma Division Offices. The prairie style design was developed from the client’s desire to utilize a regional architectural style in creating an employee friendly environment.
