Bryn House

Bryn House brings upscale urban living to the expanding North Druid Hills community.
The new upscale multifamily development is situated in a neighborhood experiencing significant expansion due to job growth. The area includes a strong base of healthcare employees, university employees and students as North Druid Hills is home to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) and Emory University medical campus.
The five-story development features 337 units which consists of four townhomes, 168 one-bedroom, 138 two-bedroom and 27 three-bedroom units spread across two buildings. Residents have over 11,000 square feet of amenity space for their convenience including a lobby with mezzanine, coffee shop, three courtyards, dog park and fitness center along with 2,000 square feet of retail space for residents. KSi Structural Engineers, now part of Wallace Design Collective, provided structural engineering services for this exciting development.
