City and State Venue & Events

Wallace Design Collective provided civil engineering services for the redevelopment of the site. Originally a 1920s garage, the space has been reimagined to host a wide range of events with style and flexibility.

The two-story, 18,000 square foot venue features multiple distinct spaces, including the State of Affairs Ballroom, formal dining rooms, a downstairs cocktail bar and patio, and an open-air rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the OKC skyline.

Designed to accommodate up to 650 guests, the layout supports both large-scale events and more intimate gatherings. The project required careful coordination to support the adaptive reuse of the historic structure while enhancing site function and access in a dense urban setting.
