City of Tulsa Maintenance Zone 8057 – Richmond Hills

Wallace Design Collective provided civil engineering services for the rehabilitation and maintenance of several streets within the Richmond Hills neighborhood.

While the existing street alignments and curb cut locations were maintained, intersections were resurfaced and upgraded with curb, driveway and sidewalk improvements as needed. The project addressed multiple roadway segments, including Richmond Avenue from 50 feet north of 67th Street to 71st Street; 70th Street and its cul-de-sac; Sandusky Avenue east of Richmond Avenue; 67th Street from Oswego Avenue to Richmond Avenue; 67th Street/Oswego Avenue from Louisville Avenue to Oswego Avenue; Marion Avenue/69th Street from Louisville Avenue to Oswego Avenue; and Oswego Avenue from 67th Street to 71st Street.

These upgrades improve mobility, accessibility and the overall quality of the neighborhood’s roadways.
