Established shortly after Oklahoma became a state, Dolese Bros. Co. has long been a cornerstone in the construction of roads, bridges, buildings and infrastructure statewide.

For more than 100 years, Dolese operated from its original midtown Oklahoma City campus. As the company grew, its operations became divided across three separate buildings. The new corporate headquarters in north Oklahoma City reunites all office functions under one roof, creating space for collaboration and providing room for future expansion.

Wallace Design Collective provided structural engineering services for their two-story, 77,800 square foot headquarters, which serves as the anchor for a larger 52-acre mixed-use development encompassing residential, retail, dining and commercial space.

Designed to WELL Building Standards, the facility prioritizes occupant health and wellness. Its architectural concept draws inspiration from the chemistry of concrete, with primary office areas representing aggregate and expansive collaboration zones serving as the cement that ties everything together – an intentional reflection of Dolese’s core products and values.
