Dunkin’

Dunkin', the largest coffee and donut brand in the United States, traces its origins back to Bill Rosenberg, who founded Dunkin' Donuts in 1950.
With over 13,200 restaurants in nearly 40 global markets, the brand officially transitioned to “Dunkin'” in 2019, signifying its evolution into a beverage-led, on-the-go enterprise.
Wallace Design Collective provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for 1,800 square foot Dunkin’ locations in Colorado and Wyoming. These state-of-the-art establishments showcase Dunkin’s modern “NextGen” design, which aims to provide an elevated in-restaurant and drive-thru experience. The quick-service restaurants feature an open, contemporary layout with inviting colors and materials, creating a bright and energetic atmosphere.
The civil engineering scope for this project included site design for the parking lot and utility layout to support smooth traffic flow, operational efficiency and a positive customer experience.
