Located within walking distance of the Rail Trail, light rail access, neighborhood entertainment and major employment centers, Everly offers residents a vibrant urban lifestyle connected to one of Charlotte’s most active districts. The development blends community amenities with thoughtful residential design to create an environment that supports relaxation, social connection and everyday convenience.

Wallace Design Collective provided structural engineering services for the new 195,000 square foot, six-story residential building. The structure consists of a one-story post-tensioned concrete podium supporting five levels of wood-framed apartments above. The development includes 253 residential units organized around a six-story precast parking deck, creating an efficient and integrated site layout.

Amenities such as a saltwater pool, year-round porches, collaborative indoor and outdoor workspaces, a sleeping porch and a putting green enhance the resident experience while reinforcing the project’s focus on lifestyle and community. Together, the building and site design contribute to South End’s continued evolution as a walkable, connected and highly livable urban neighborhood.
