Mark Allen Chevrolet
Mark Allen Chevrolet is one of the largest dealerships in Oklahoma, situated on a 19-acre site along Highway 75 in Glenpool.
Wallace Design Collective provided civil engineering services for the new 69,750 square foot facility. The project included a main sales building, a separate pre-owned vehicle building, and a dedicated detail building for vehicle prep. With space for 950 vehicles, it plays a major role in the region’s automotive market.
The main building features a prominent showroom, with a two-bay service drive leading directly into a 30-bay service department, built for efficiency and high-volume capacity. The dealership offers sales of new and certified pre-owned Chevrolet vehicles, a wide range of used inventory and full maintenance and repair services delivered by GM-certified technicians.
The site was designed to support streamlined operations and a high level of customer service across all departments.
