A modern office experience transformed by light, amenities and its connection to city's waterfront community.

Marshside is part of Nowell Creek Village, a new waterfront community on Daniel Island, a 4,000-acre island within the city of Charleston. The village offers water access via a community dock, abundant green space and a mix of commercial, retail, high-end apartments and homes.

KSi Structural Engineers, now part of Wallace Design Collective, provided structural engineering services for the renovation of the 200,000 square foot, Class A office building. The renovation provides a vibrant office environment highlighting the building’s unique setting, featuring a modern, efficient infrastructure. In addition to easily configurable floor plates, nine-foot ceilings and move-in-ready office suites, the building houses a light-filled, hotel-lobby style atrium, concierge, full-service fitness center with locker rooms and showers, gourmet grab-and-go market, conference center, indoor bike storage and more.
