Peaceful Animal Adoption Shelter’s new home reflects the community’s commitment to giving every animal a safe place to heal, grow and find a family.

Designed with compassion at its core, Peaceful Animal Adoption Shelter’s new 7,000 square foot facility blends care, connection and community to support animal welfare in northeast Oklahoma. Founded in 2012, the no-kill nonprofit rescues animals, finds permanent homes and educates the public on responsible pet ownership, while playing a vital role in managing stray and unwanted animals.

Wallace Design Collective provided structural and civil engineering services for the facility, which accommodates approximately 48 dogs and 64 cats. The shelter includes dedicated spaces for intake, processing, medical treatment, veterinary services and public education. Special inspection services were also provided during construction to ensure quality and safety.

The thoughtfully designed facility supports adoption, volunteer programs and community outreach initiatives, creating a welcoming environment for animals and the people who care for them.
