Wallace Design Collective provided structural engineering services for the 14,000 square foot amenity center for this luxury home community. Amenities include an indoor lap pool, spa, weight and cardio room, aerobics and fitness center, formal lounge, outdoor amphitheater, all-seasons deck with panoramic views, resort-style pool, pickleball courts and bocce courts.
