Wallace Design Collective provided structural engineering services for the neighborhood’s approximately 6,000 square foot amenity center, a central gathering place that complements the community’s expansive outdoor and recreational offerings. The facility’s design emphasizes flexibility, comfort and enduring performance, supporting a variety of resident activities – from social events and recreation to relaxation and informal gatherings.
