Regency at Ten Trails Amenity Center

Wallace Design Collective provided structural engineering services for the community’s new 10,000 square foot clubhouse and amenity center. The building features an indoor pool, fitness room, club lounge, and outdoor pickleball and bocce ball courts, all with scenic views of Mt. Rainier. Additional amenities throughout the development include walking trails, parks with playgrounds, sports courts, fire pits and an event stage with a movie screen, with plans for retail to serve the growing neighborhood.
