Wallace Design Collective provides structural engineering services for hundreds of Sam’s Club facilities across the United States and Puerto Rico, including locations in high-seismic and hurricane-prone regions.

Our team supports the full building lifecycle, from new clubs and expansions to retrofits, investigations and repairs. We also play a key role in a nationwide HVAC and refrigeration upgrade program, evaluating roof capacity, existing conditions and code requirements to support safe installation and long-term performance. Through routine assessments and on-call response for urgent conditions, we help keep facilities safe, compliant and operational.
