Santa Fe Square

Transforming Tulsa’s Blue Dome District into a connected, mixed-use urban destination.
Wallace Design Collective provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for Santa Fe Square, a two-block, 675,000 square foot development that replaces surface parking with a walkable, vibrant environment where residents, professionals, and visitors converge.
At the heart of the project is a 232,000 square foot multifamily complex featuring 184 modern residential units above 24,000 square feet of active ground-floor retail. Amenities, including a resort-style pool and courtyard, dog park, outdoor grilling stations and a European-style plaza, foster community and support a seamless live-work-play lifestyle. Complementing the residential component are a 12-story, 155,000 square foot office tower and a 716-space structured parking garage with additional retail, creating a fully integrated urban destination.
The landscape architecture design enhances outdoor spaces, public plazas and resident amenities while integrating with circulation and urban infrastructure. Thoughtful site planning and plantings encourage social interaction, relaxation and pedestrian connectivity, supporting Santa Fe Square’s vision as a vibrant center for downtown Tulsa.
