Sapulpa Fire Station 3

Founded in 1898 as an all-volunteer department, the Sapulpa Fire Department has grown into a modern operation with more than 45 full-time employees.
Operating from four strategically located stations, the department provides fire protection, emergency medical services, hazardous materials response and technical rescue for the City of Sapulpa. The department’s legacy of service continues with the addition of a new facility that supports evolving operational and community needs.
Wallace Design Collective provided civil engineering services for the two-story, 7,000 square foot fire station. The first floor includes three truck bays with rear-entry drive-through access, an entry lobby with a display cabinet, extractor washer room, gear room, equipment room, firefighter washroom and restroom, and a maintenance workstation.
The second floor is designed for daily living and readiness, featuring a fireman’s pole and stair, a main bunk room with three beds, a private captain’s bunk room, full kitchen, dining and living areas, a fitness room, two full restrooms with showers, a covered roof deck and locker rooms with laundry facilities.
