Wallace Design Collective provided structural and civil engineering services for Schlotzsky’s locations across multiple states, supporting both new construction and renovations.
On the structural side, our team has also developed and refined prototype designs, including Schlotzsky’s new drive-thru–only format that features dual lanes, walk-up service, and expanded pickup options. This collaboration highlights our ability to support national restaurant brands with responsive, scalable engineering solutions that adapt to evolving customer needs.
