From a single sandwich shop in Austin to a nationwide favorite, Schlotzsky’s has been serving up bold flavors since 1971.
Wallace Design Collective provided structural engineering services for the new Schlotzsky’s restaurant in Sand Springs. Designed as a drive-thru–only location, it features two drive-thru lanes to streamline service and reduce wait times.
The 1,000 square foot restaurant also includes a walk-up window, patio seating and a dedicated pickup window for third-party delivery orders, offering multiple convenient options for guests and catering customers alike.
