Elevating the dining experience with flexibility and rooftop character.

Sidecar Jenks brings craft cocktails, social energy and elevated views to the growing Village on Main development. Perched atop the building, the rooftop venue creates a distinctive destination that complements the street-level experience below while adding a new layer of activity to downtown Jenks.

Wallace Design Collective provided structural engineering services to support the transformation of an existing second-floor shell space into a dynamic indoor-outdoor hospitality environment. The 3,200 square foot buildout includes a covered patio with a suspended NanaWall folding glass system, allowing the space to open seamlessly to the outdoors. Structural design also supported suspended steel-framed custom bar storage, a kitchen storage mezzanine and a cantilevered portal frame that anchors a retractable canopy, projector screen and signature Sidecar signage.

These integrated structural elements were designed to balance openness, functionality and visual impact – supporting flexible use while reinforcing the venue’s architectural identity. Together, the space creates a vibrant rooftop setting that adapts to changing seasons and events, enhancing the overall experience for patrons and the surrounding community.
