Wallace Design Collective has provided civil and structural engineering services for more than 140 Taco Bell locations across multiple states, supporting prototype development, site adaptation, new construction, conversions, tenant upfits, remodels and drive-thru menu board foundations.
These projects typically range from 2,000 to 2,600 square feet and reflect the brand’s ongoing evolution in customer experience and operational efficiency.
Civil engineering scope includes parking lot improvements, drive-thru lane modifications, utility coordination, grading and drainage design, allowing each site to function effectively within its unique context. Structural engineering services include the design of the menu and pre-sell board foundations, providing stability and durability to support Taco Bell’s modern, fast-paced service environment.
