The June is a mixed-use development at the intersection of Foster and Broadway in the Edgewater neighborhood. The building is steps away from the CTA red line as well as convenient to Chicago’s lakefront with an array of shops and restaurants nearby.

Wallace Design Collective provided structural engineering services for the four-story, 25,000 square foot mixed-use building. A one-story structural steel podium with retail space supports three levels of residential space above. The development features a 27-unit apartment building with 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. The building is a mix of studios and one-bedroom apartments with a roof deck.
