Tulsa Arts District Streetscape

Wallace Design Collective provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for more than 50 block faces in the Tulsa Arts District, creating an inviting and accessible environment for residents and visitors alike. The project included new street parking, upgraded utilities and stormwater improvements, highlighted by the replacement of over 5,000 linear feet of water and sewer lines.

Streetscape enhancements featured landscaping, lighting and expanded pedestrian areas designed to enrich the district’s cultural and commercial vitality. Construction was carefully phased to coordinate with retail, residential and commercial spaces, allowing them to remain open and active throughout the project.
