Poultry production is one of Georgia’s leading agricultural industries, and agriculture is the backbone of the state’s economy.

To support future innovation in this vital field, the University of Georgia invested in a state-of-the-art home for its Department of Poultry Science.

KSi Structural Engineers, now part of Wallace Design Collective, provided structural engineering services for the 75,000 square foot teaching and research facility. Designed to support hands-on education and advanced research, the building includes classrooms, instructional and research labs, lab support areas and administrative offices. The project earned Georgia Peach Certification for its sustainable design and construction practices.
