Our team uses a proven methodology to determine whether a roof’s condition warrants targeted repairs or full replacement. Because many of our consultants are also licensed structural engineers, we can quickly generate detailed design documents for re-roofing or structural modifications when needed.

Wallace Design Collective has developed a comprehensive roof assessment process that includes general evaluations, hail and storm damage inspections, leak detection (when requested) and a detailed roof service life scorecard. This scorecard, a numerical grading system based on our evaluation of thousands of roofs, helps determine overall roof condition and when replacement is more cost-effective than repair.
Our team can design and recommend targeted repairs to restore the roof system or stop leaks. When replacement is warranted, we can provide either a streamlined repair specification based on manufacturer details or detailed re-roof drawings that give owners greater control over installation procedures.
