This one-of-a-kind facility showcases Porsche’s commitment to pairing bold design with unmatched functionality, creating an experience unlike any other automotive brand in the world.

More than a striking headquarters, it introduces North America’s first Porsche Experience Center – a destination built for customers, business partners and enthusiasts alike. A 1.6-mile, module-based driver development track sets the stage, joined by a Driving Simulator Lab, Carrera Café, Restaurant 356, a Human Performance Center, Business Center, Classic Car Gallery and Restoration Center, and the Porsche Exclusive – Personal Design Studio, where performance meets personal expression.

The complex also features a four-story office tower, technical training center and customer experience areas integrated with the road-handling track. Visitors are welcomed through a garage top level that doubles as a landscaped terrace and main entry, with additional amenities including a conference center and commissary.

KSi Structural Engineers, now part of Wallace Design Collective, provided structural engineering services for the 200,000 square foot headquarters complex. The project included a 600-car below-ground parking structure and utilized reinforced concrete flat slabs, post-tensioned beams, composite steel framing and carefully detailed structural systems to support the bold architectural vision.
