Ascension St. John Medical Center
A major campus expansion enhances St. John Medical Center’s capacity to serve a growing patient population across Northeastern Oklahoma and Southern Kansas.
Ascension St. John Health System has served northeastern Oklahoma and southern Kansas since 1926, evolving into a fully integrated healthcare network that cares for more than 3,500 patients each day. Anchored by Ascension St. John Medical Center, the system includes over 800 primary care and specialty physicians and a dedicated team of 7,000 employees.
Wallace Design Collective provided structural engineering services for a major campus expansion designed to accommodate continued growth and increasing patient demand. The project included three primary components: an 11-story, 190,000 square foot addition to the hospital on the west end of the site; a 14-story, 198,000 square foot medical office building on the east end; and a nine-level, 1,725-space post-tensioned concrete parking structure that connects the two towers.
