As part of a new full-service medical campus, the Northside Medical Snellville Medical Office Building expands outpatient care in the rapidly growing Snellville community.

KSi Structural Engineers, now part of Wallace Design Collective, provided structural engineering services for the 45,000 square foot MOB, a key component of Phase II within The Grove at Towne Center, a new mixed-use development in downtown Snellville. The facility offers advanced care across multiple specialties, including a state-of-the-art surgery center, orthopedic care, women’s imaging, general surgery and physical therapy.
KSi also provided structural engineering services for the 14,500 square foot Ambulatory Surgical Suite within the building, which features three operating rooms, a waiting area, streamlined check-in and supporting office space.
