Texas Christian University Worth Hills Village – Marlene Moss Hays Hall


Designed to elevate the student living experience, Worth Hills Village at Texas Christian University provides modern, suite-style housing and state-of-the-art amenities that support the university’s growing campus community.
Worth Hills Village is a transformative residential complex located at Texas Christian University. The project includes three upper-division residence halls, a multipurpose facility with a dining hall and a Greek Village. Altogether, the complex adds more than 1,300 beds to the university’s housing offerings.
Wallace Design Collective provided structural engineering services for this multiphased expansion of student housing. The Marlene Moss Hays Hall, the third residence hall to be completed, accommodates approximately 160 students. The 65,800 square foot facility features suite-style housing and is LEED Gold certified. Amenities include spacious common areas, in-suite living rooms and bathrooms, as well as modern conveniences such as study lounges, a baking kitchen, laundry facilities, an arcade room, vending and ice machines and campus Wi-Fi.
