The Worth Hills Village suite-style residence halls were designed to meet the growing demand for student housing and enhance the campus experience.

Worth Hills Village is a transformative residential complex located at Texas Christian University. The project includes three upper-division residence halls, a multipurpose facility with a dining hall and a Greek Village. Altogether, the complex adds more than 1,300 beds to the university’s housing offerings.

Wallace Design Collective provided structural engineering services for this multiphased expansion of on-campus living. The first phase included Marion Hall and Pamela and Edward Clark Hall, which together accommodate more than 400 sophomores in suite-style units. Amenities include common areas, study lounges, kitchens and laundry facilities, all designed to enhance the student experience.
