Proto Apartments

Located in Denver’s West Colfax neighborhood just five blocks from Sloan’s Lake, the community is surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, local breweries and bike trails. The Perry Street light rail station is less than a two-minute walk away, offering a 12-minute ride to downtown Denver and the Auraria Campus.
Wallace Design Collective provided civil engineering services for the new 40-unit apartment complex. The building features studio and one-bedroom apartments with designer kitchens, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryers and expansive windows, combining style with everyday comfort.
