Mountain Valley Bottling Facility

Supporting legacy brands with infrastructure built for growth.
The new Mountain Valley bottling facility in Hot Springs represents a major investment in production capacity, logistics and long-term operational efficiency for one of Arkansas’s most iconic brands. Developed to support continued growth and evolving market demand, the facility expands Primo Brands’ manufacturing footprint while reinforcing its longstanding connection to the region.
Wallace Design Collective provided surveying and civil engineering services for the project. The surveying scope included boundary and topographic surveys, along with easement documentation to support the industrial development. Civil engineering services support site design for the new bottling facility and coordinating infrastructure needs, site circulation and utility planning for a large-scale manufacturing and distribution operation.
The 200,000 square foot facility is designed to accommodate state-of-the-art bottling, warehousing and logistics functions, including multiple production lines and supporting operational space. Strategically located in Garland County, the project strengthens Primo Brands’ ability to efficiently serve customers nationwide while continuing a legacy of water bottling rooted in the Ouachita Mountains.
Currently under development, the new Mountain Valley facility reflects a commitment to thoughtful site planning, operational performance and long-term flexibility – positioning the campus to support both current production needs and future expansion.
