Pepsi Bottling Facility

Built for scale and complexity, Wallace delivered the infrastructure behind PepsiCo’s largest North American facility
PepsiCo operates its largest North American manufacturing facility near Denver International Airport, replacing its River North plant. The 1.2 million square foot facility has three times the capacity of the former RiNo location and employs approximately 500 people.
Wallace Design Collective provided civil engineering services to support the facility’s complex infrastructure needs. Our work included public street and bridge improvements, a multi-use trail and traffic signalization upgrades. We also completed civil design for a Wastewater pH Neutralization System building and an Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility, along with new stormwater infrastructure and detention improvements. Additional services included environmental site assessment and subdivision platting for the 152-acre property.
This project highlights Wallace’s ability to deliver large-scale industrial solutions that integrate public and private infrastructure, helping enable high-capacity production while meeting modern environmental and operational requirements.
