As part of its growing hotel portfolio, Love’s Hospitality, a division of the Love’s Family of Companies, continues to expand its reach with a growing portfolio of hotel properties nationwide – among them, numerous Fairfield Inn & Suites locations.

Wallace Design Collective provided structural engineering services for the three-story, 45,500 square foot Fairfield Inn & Suites. The wood-framed structure includes 74 guest rooms and suites, supported by a foundation system designed to accommodate varying site conditions. Our team also engineered the hotel’s signature rolled-structural-steel entry canopy, providing both function and visual appeal.

Additional amenities include a business center, fitness room, indoor pool, breakfast area and flexible meeting space for up to 36 guests. The property also features The Finish Line, a club area with an outdoor patio and seating that enhances the overall guest experience. Designed to create a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, the lobby is filled with natural light and includes warm, inviting elements such as a stone hearth, lounge seating and a 24/7 Corner Market.
