Wallace Design Collective provided civil engineering services for the new six-story, 68,000 square foot boutique hotel. The 93-room, pet-friendly property features guest rooms, flexible meeting space, a state-of-the-art fitness studio, Prospect Local Bar & Kitchen, an upscale restaurant and bar with private dining and Roof 66, an indoor/outdoor rooftop bar with a wrap-around balcony offering panoramic views of downtown Tulsa.
