The Greek Village at TCU provides new residential and gathering spaces for 25 fraternity and sorority chapters, housed in 11 LEED Gold certified buildings.

To address a long-standing need for student-focused residential facilities, Texas Christian University developed the vision for a dedicated Greek Village – an integral part of the Worth Hills Village expansion. This initiative created a vibrant community space that provides chapter housing for the university’s fraternities and sororities.

Wallace Design Collective provided structural engineering services for the 400,000 square foot, 781-bed Greek Village. The chapters are organized across 11 four-story buildings arranged in a park-like setting, with two to three chapters per building. Each structure reflects TCU’s architectural style and meets LEED Gold certification standards.

Designed to support both residential life and chapter activities, each house includes front and back porches, ideal for grilling and outdoor gatherings. The first floor of every chapter house features a spacious chapter room, a private meeting room, full kitchen, public restrooms and storage space for event seating and materials.
